Lost time
Repeated logins, forms, verification codes, and support calls.
HubLink lets you update your mailing address, payment card, or phone number across all your connected websites from one secure dashboard. Make the change once, review it, and HubLink handles the rest.
Nothing changes without your approval.
The problem
Your information lives everywhere. The moment one detail changes, every account becomes a separate task—and every missed update carries a consequence.
Repeated logins, forms, verification codes, and support calls.
Mail, messages, renewals, and deliveries keep going to the wrong place.
Outdated cards can interrupt coverage, services, and recurring payments.
The product
HubLink turns fragmented account maintenance into one clear, reviewable workflow.
Choose the accounts you want HubLink to help maintain.
Enter a new address, phone, email, or payment method one time.
See exactly what will change, then authorize the update across every selected account.
A single dashboard shows which accounts are connected, what details they use, and which updates still need attention.
Report lost cards and credentials from one place, then coordinate cancellation and replacement.
Help trusted people manage essential accounts during emergencies and major life transitions.
The product vision is built around explicit approval, least-privilege access, strong encryption, and minimizing sensitive data retention. Security is not a feature to bolt on later—it is the design constraint.
Prior progress
Earlier work proved there is a meaningful problem, a buildable workflow, and partners willing to engage. The next chapter is turning that foundation into a focused, trustworthy product.
Historical validation from earlier HubLink development and customer discovery.
Early IP work established a defensible foundation for the concept.
An earlier proof of concept pushed updates to four real online accounts.
Moving and logistics partners signaled interest in referring customers.
Three in four respondents said they would use the service.
Why now
People manage more accounts, subscriptions, identities, and recurring payments than ever. The infrastructure is fragmented. Better integration tools and modern security patterns make a thoughtful new approach possible.
Save time and avoid the cost of stale information.
Reduce support friction, failed payments, and lost contact.
The next chapter
I’m looking for a technical co-founder who sees both sides of this problem: the product opportunity and the responsibility that comes with handling personal data.
Let’s talk or email connor@hublink.netThe founding team
Connor combines large-scale project leadership with hands-on company building. He earned an MBA from San Diego State, helped manage construction programs valued at more than $100M, and founded TRVLD, a successful, profitable travel company.
Paul brings deep operating and financial discipline from managing and estimating complex construction projects. He earned dual degrees in Civil Engineering and Spanish from the University of Rhode Island and has helped shape HubLink from its earliest stages.
